Loose the Fat and Change Your Life..For Real

Well here I am at the age of 62, and 225 pounds, and I have come to the conclusion that I need a definite life change if I am ever going to stop gaining weight. I finally believe I have found the answer.
I read the book by Kevin Trudeau about the cure for being fat. Have been reading a lot about
the "HCG Diet". Another great work is called...."Pounds and Inches" by Dr.A.T.W. Simeons.

I came across a form of this diet at that I believe is the life change I am ready to try! I have ordered their product, received their info and support on line and am ready to take the plunge. I will document every thing I eat and drink for the next 45-50 days on this diet.
Also will post before and after pictures and some videos on what I am doing so you can understand what I am talking about here in this life change to loose 25 to 35 pound... I hope.
At this point, I have really no idea if this will work or not. The progress I post here daily will tell the story. If it works, you will want to do it also. If it turns out to be false. Then you can pass that info on to others. goes!

Their are 4 phases to this diet.
1. Called the loading phase and lasts 2 days or more.
2. The actual diet phase in which I will be restricted to just 500 cal. a day for about 45 days.
3. Phase 3a and 3b one has lost about 30 or more pounds and begins to slowly work back to
a better and more normal diet then doing before the diet that had made me too heavy.
4. Is using what you learned on the diet to not go back to bad habits in eating and exercise
and maintain the new weight loss and healthier life style for the rest of my life.

In the next post I will be posting a sample log or record I will be keeping while on this diet.
Also the foods I will be eating. DON'T PANIC AFTER READING THIS AND SAY..."OH MY GOD...HE IS GOING TO STARVE ON JUST 500 cal. a day !
